Manna House Celebrates One Year
As part of our Here, Near, & Far vision, we have been strategically investing in church planting both here in the Charlotte area and in East Africa. Femi Oke and his team planted Manna House as a place for sojourners—both those who have crossed oceans to live here in the US and those who have never left the city of Charlotte. New City has supported the launch of this church plant in the Dilworth area.
On Sunday, September 28, 2025 Manna House had their first church service. Many services later, they were able to celebrate one year of God’s goodness. He has been faithful in the moments that were easy to celebrate and in the hard and uncertain ones too. He has been kind. He has provided.
We join with Manna House in celebrating one year of helping people put down roots a discover that home is not as far as they think.
