Join us for Christmas Promise Shop, supporting families with affordable gifts through Places of Peace and Urban Promise.
This Christmas, Places of Peace is partnering with Urban Promise to host the Christmas Promise Shop for families we serve. Join us December 12–13 at Cokesbury UMC and the Places of Peace location, where families can shop for Christmas gifts at greatly reduced prices.

Stock the shop
Gift drop-offs can be made at City Cooperative (931 Industrial Dr., Matthews, NC 28105). Families shop for kids aged 0–18 years old, so gifts for both boys and girls of all ages are welcome! Guidelines for gifts are here.
- Drop off gifts on Sundays between 1:00–2:00 pm
- Drop off gifts on Mondays between 9:00 am–12:00 pm
