The Hospitality Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for the Hospitality teams and environments for the Matthews congregation, creating welcoming spaces where people experience belonging. The Hospitality Coordinator also plays a key part in the Assimilation Process by intentionally engaging with First Time Guests, helping them take meaningful next steps toward connection and belonging at New City. This is a non-exempt, 20-25 hours per week position.

The purpose of this position is to provide excellent and loving childcare for groups, events, and programs at New City primarily Tuesday mornings at SouthPark and Wednesday evenings at both SouthPark and Matthews. Occasional special events on Thursday and Sunday evenings throughout the year. We want to ensure the safety, security, and supervision of children at all times during events or programs.
