The Matthews Student Director will go and find, radically love, and disciple students! This role will be responsible to galvanize volunteers who love Jesus and want to be another person of influence for student’s 6th-8th grade to help them find and follow Him. They will also partner with parents to help them grow as the primary disciple-makers of their students. This is a full-time exempt role at Matthews for Middle School. In addition to Matthew’s, this role will collaboratively lead New City High School with the New City Student Pastor.

The SouthPark Kids Coordinator position provides leadership on Sunday morning for NextGen environments at the designated campus by sharing vision, energy, and oversight with the NextGen ministries. This role enthusiastically implements our New City and NextGen vision and values throughout the ministry to help kids and students find and follow Jesus. This is accomplished by recruiting, training, empowering, and coaching. This role will focus more specifically on our preschool environments and is a part time 20 hour per week role.

The SouthPark Worship Leader will play a strategic role in supporting the New City Worship Pastor by helping lead worship for the SouthPark congregation, providing administrative support, coordination and scheduling, and partnering in ministry to the congregation. They will work with the Worship Pastor and Service Programming Team to help create a cohesive service flow that engages the congregation, creates opportunities for response, and carries out the mission of helping people find and follow Jesus. This is a part-time position within New City Church's worship ministry. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

The purpose of this position is to provide excellent and loving childcare for groups, events, and programs at New City primarily Tuesday mornings at SouthPark and Wednesday evenings at both SouthPark and Matthews. Occasional special events on Thursday and Sunday evenings throughout the year. We want to ensure the safety, security, and supervision of children at all times during events or programs.

We are hiring an experienced live audio engineer into our rotation to mix Sunday morning services at our campuses. This is a part-time, contract position that would be approximately six hours of work on a Sunday, two Sundays per month.
