Ash Wednesday

Join us on Wednesday, March 5 at our SouthPark or Matthews locations to join in the centuries-old practice of gathering as the body of Christ the mark the beginning of Lent with Ash Wednesday.

We will hold thirty-minute prayer gatherings to begin the season of Lent. We will sing, read scripture, pray, have a short devotion, and have ashes placed on our foreheads in the shape of the cross as a reminder of our brokenness, but also of God's deep and unending love for us.

Due to inclement weather, Ash Wednesday services will now be held at noon only at both New City locations. Kids are welcome.
