What does it mean to grow and be formed into a mature believer in Christ? How does a follower of Jesus experience a relationship with God that results in becoming a more joyful, loving, and content person?

Spiritual formation happens in partnership with the spirit of God, but we can’t ignore that there are many other things that challenge our spiritual formation.

In this course, we will:

• Discuss what spiritual formation is.

• Grow in our understanding of how our experiences, relationships, habits and environments contribute to our formation.

• Learn and begin practicing rhythms that help us experience connection with God.
