Academy: Old Testament Redemptive History
Experience our Old Testament Redemptive History course in a weekend workshop format, Friday, November 7 through Saturday, November 8.
From Genesis to Revelation, God is sending us a message. He is speaking to us, and it's a message that we must hear and understand to live as his disciples. In our OLD TESTAMENT REDEMPTIVE HISTORY weekend workshop, New City Academy students learn God's story by looking at how the Old Testament points us forward to God's plan for redemption in Jesus.
This is the place to begin for a foundation in the biblical story as you seek to grow as a disciple maker. We explore the story of God creating the world, choosing Abraham's descendants to be his light-carriers in the world, making his covenant with Israel, and Israel's failure to live up to that covenant, and then point forward to the promise of a coming Messiah, Jesus.
Please note: childcare will be available for registration closer to workshop date for $20/child.
