The Care Pastor role is a compassionate and strategic leader who cultivates a culture of care across New City Church. This role mobilizes and equips staff and volunteers to walk alongside congregants in times of crisis, transition, and celebration—ensuring every person feels seen and supported. This is a full-time/exempt position.

The Serve Pastor/Director is a dynamic and collaborative leader who helps others find and follow Jesus by guiding all serve efforts within the Discipleship Journey framework, empowering individuals to discover and use their passions and purpose for the Kingdom.

The role of Facilities Technician supports the purpose of New City Church to help people find and follow Jesus through providing excellent facilities support through weekly event setups and minor inspection of facilities. This is a part-time position, 25 hours/week position.

The purpose of this position is to provide excellent and loving childcare for groups, events, and programs at New City primarily Tuesday mornings at SouthPark and Wednesday evenings at both SouthPark and Matthews. Occasional special events on Thursday and Sunday evenings throughout the year. We want to ensure the safety, security, and supervision of children at all times during events or programs.
